
Viewing and Filtering Service Calls
The Service Calls page provides an overview of service requests created within the system and allows you to filter them based on specific criteria. At the top of the page, the Filter service calls section lets you narrow down results by selecting a Date, Service Area, and Seatgroup, or alternatively by choosing a Service Group. These filters help you quickly locate relevant service calls without having to browse the entire list.
After setting the desired criteria, click Apply filters to update the results. The filtered service calls are displayed in a table below, showing key information such as the Service Area, Seatgroup, Timestamp, and State of each call. If no records match the selected filters, a message is shown indicating that no entries were found.
This page is especially useful for monitoring service activity in real time or reviewing past requests for operational or reporting purposes. By adjusting the filters, you can focus on specific areas, time periods, or service types, ensuring faster access to the information you need.
