Calendar
The Calendar helps you keep track of all your events in one place.
Add events: Create new events quickly and easily.
Edit events: Update details whenever plans change.
Delete events: Remove events you no longer need.
Filter events: Find exactly what you’re looking for with simple filters.
Stay organized and never miss what matters most!
Add new event
Add Event
To add a new event, please click on the (+) button, as shown below
After you’ve clicked the (+) button, a modal will pop up and ask you for the needed information. Please make sure to fill all the necessary fields which are marked by a a red asterisk (*)
After you’ve completed the fields, please click the ‘Save’ button. Please keep in mind that you have to fill all the fields marked by an asterisk. If you do not fill them, you cannot save your event.
If you have successfully fill the fields, then your new event will be saved and you’ll get a pop up to notify you.
Congratulations, your new event has now been added to your calendar.
Edit existing event
Edit Event
To edit an event, click the pencil icon next to the event you wish to edit, as shown below
After you’ve clicked on the button, a modal will pop up.
The already saved information will be displayed, however you can edit them and change them. Please make sure that all fields marked by an asterisk are filled, otherwise you cannot save your changes.
After all the fields have been completed, please click the ‘Save’ button. If the event is saved successfully, you will get a pop up notification.
Congratulations, your event has now been updated.
Delete event
Delete Event
To delete an event, please click on the red trash icon next to the event you wish to delete, as shown below.
After you’ve clicked on the button, you will see a pop up asking you if you really want to proceed with the deletion.
Click Yes if you are certain you want to delete your event. You will be notified of the successful deletion by a pop up.
Otherwise click No.
Keep in mind that deletion of any event is irreversible.
Filter events
Filtering Your Calendar
You can filter your events to quickly find what you need. Filters can be applied by:
Service Area – show events only from a specific location or area.
Date Range – narrow results to events happening within selected dates.
Event Type – display only a certain kind of event.
Once you’ve chosen your filters, click Apply Filters to update the event list below.
In addition, you can use the Search bar (top right of the event list) to search within the displayed results for a specific event name, description, or detail.
Event Notifications
Notifications
To help you stay prepared, the system will automatically send you reminders about your upcoming events:
7 days before the event – a helpful reminder to start preparing.
1 day before the event – a prompt to finalize details.
On the day of the event – a reminder that it’s time to get started.
These notifications are designed to give you enough time to plan, prepare, and ensure your event runs smoothly.
