Users
The Users section is used to manage all active and inactive users who have access to the system. It allows administrators to view user information, control permissions, and manage account status from a single screen.
When you open the Users page, a table is displayed listing all registered users. Each row represents a user and shows their last name, first name, salutation, and email address. These fields identify the user and match the information used throughout the system.
Two important control columns appear next to the user’s email: Is Owner and Is Deactivated.
The Is Owner toggle determines whether the user has owner-level permissions. Turning this switch on grants the user full administrative rights, including access to system configuration and user management. Turning it off limits the user to standard access rights based on their role.
The Is Deactivated toggle controls whether the user can log in. When this switch is enabled, the user’s account is disabled and they will no longer be able to access the system. This is useful when a user no longer needs access but should remain in the database for record-keeping.
On the right side of each row, action icons allow you to manage the user. The edit (pencil) icon opens the user’s details so you can update their information, such as name or email. The delete (trash) icon permanently removes the user from the system.
At the top right of the page, the Go to User Invitations button allows you to access the invitation system. This is used when you want to add new users who do not yet have an account. Clicking this button takes you to the User Invitations screen, where invitations can be created, resent, or removed.
You can also use the search box and pagination controls at the top and bottom of the table to quickly locate users in large lists.

User Invitations
The User Invitations page is used to manage invitations sent to people who have not yet registered as users. This page is accessed from the Users screen by clicking the Go to User Invitations button.
Each invitation appears as a row in the table and includes the recipient’s name, email address, a unique token, the status of the invitation, the date it was sent, and the expiration date. The token is used by the system to identify the invitation when the recipient accepts it.
The Status column shows whether the invitation is still valid or has expired. If an invitation expires before the recipient registers, it can no longer be used and a new one must be sent.
On the right side of each invitation, action buttons allow you to manage the invitation. The refresh or resend button sends the invitation again and generates a new expiration date, allowing the recipient another opportunity to register. The delete (trash) button removes the invitation entirely, which is useful if it was sent to the wrong email address or is no longer needed.
The search field and entries selector at the top of the table allow you to filter and navigate through large numbers of invitations. This makes it easy to find a specific recipient or review invitations that are about to expire.
Once an invited person accepts their invitation and completes registration, they will no longer appear in the User Invitations list and will instead be shown as a full user in the Users section.
